Sweet Maple Realty moves to new (online) home
New site drives lead capture and unifies brand
Problem
A Southern Indian independent realty company needed a new website that:
Matches the look and feel of existing materials
Is easy for the owner to update and maintain
Facilitates Meta advertising campaigns
Captures leads
Solution
Write Design Group (WDG) designed a Squarespace website that suits the company’s aesthetic, marketing, and functionality requirements.
Back story
Sweet Maple Realty specializes in helping growing families upsize their homes. The owner was participating in a real estate marketing program, which had him creating written and video content and recommended web tools for advertising and capturing customer leads.
The owner wrote the “Sense-of-Place Method,” a guide that explains his five steps for helping a family sell their current home and buy one they love. This beautiful guide provided the look, feel, and tone he was looking for in his new website.
What we did
Brand integration: Adapted elements from the owner’s original guide to ensure a cohesive brand experience across print and web.
Voice-matched copywriting: Wrote site content in the owner’s own tone and style.
Lead-capture strategy: Created a landing page that offers free resources (including checklists and the “Sense-of-Place Method”) in exchange for contact information.
Tool integration: Embedded Buying Buddy, a real estate industry CRM, to power marketing automation and IDX feeds.
Conclusion
The owner of Sweet Maple Realty is passionate about helping people find homes they love, and he needed a partner who could translate that passion into a website that attracts potential clients.
“Kelly and Jim truly took the time to understand my goals and made sure the site flowed seamlessly with the guide and checklist I had already created,” said Sweet Maple Realty owner Shane Gibson. “They were also quick to make requested changes, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. On top of that, they ensured my website was fully integrated with my CRM, making the back-end just as functional as the front-end is beautiful.”
